The Client Services Department is the forefront of TFG Infotec’s services to TFG through the following capabilities: Project Management Office (PMO), Service Management Center (SMC) and Business Relationship Management (BRM). 
The PMO ensures delivery of new TFG wide initiatives working with the solution development teams by applying appropriate governance and change practices.  The SMC enables TFG Head Office and Stores employees’ to consume workplace business services and provides on-going operational support through different channels and technologies aligned to ITIL.  Being the frontline of a technical division in TFG, means we take the Business/IT convergence to heart, and we achieve this through the Business Relationship Management competence.
